To help reduce electric demand during peak times and control costs for our members, we offer a load management program. This program involves installing a load control device on select appliances like electric water heaters, geothermal systems, and electric in-floor heating systems. During peak demand times, these load controls temporarily limit usage of the controlled device. With SREC's load control program, members can receive added incentives when a load control device is installed on your water heater, central air conditioner, or electric heat.

Meet the Member Services Team
Occasionally, these devices need to be replaced. Because they’re typically installed inside the home, a member of our team will need to enter your residence to complete the work. If you’re not home when we arrive, we’ll leave a door hanger indicating why we stopped and instructions to call our office to schedule an appointment.
A local, familiar face.
All SREC employees live and work right here in our local community. They will be in clearly marked vehicles (like the ones pictured), carry photo identification, and can be verified by calling our office at 800-236-2141.
