Schedule an Appointment:

Contact our line department at 800-236-2141, option 2, to schedule an on-site meeting with us and your electrician.  Please give a minimum of three (3) weeks' notice.  When you call, please have a description of your project and the property's address or parcel number.  At this appointment, we'll discuss the following:

  • Assess your needs.
  • Offer suggestions on your best course of action.
  • Map out the location of the service and equipment.
  • Determine the cost to put in your new service or upgrade your existing service.

There is a $200 charge for this meeting that will be credited to the total cost of your new service within one year.

Complete Paperwork:

After meeting with us, we will send you the paperwork that must be completed before your service can be scheduled for installation.  This paperwork will include:

  • Electric Service Agreement (prepared and sent after meeting)
  • Payment of all fees as outlined on the Electric Service Agreement
  • New Service Checklist
  • Easement, if required
  • Membership Application, if you're a new member
  • Electrical Inspection or Wiring Affidavit

If these items are incomplete, delays will result in having the electric service installed.
